Product Owner Risk Management

Your Tasks

  • Verantwortung für eine IT-Lösung im Bereich Risk Consulting / Risk Engineering in einem stark wachsenden global agierenden Industrieversicherungsunternehmen
  • Aufbau, Implementierung, Go-Live und Betrieb einer zentralen Anwendung für Risk Assessment für Risikoingenieure, welche weltweit eingesetzt wird, verschiedene Sparten abdecken soll und weiter ausgebaut wird
  • Steuerung der Produktentwicklung in einem agilen Projektkontext (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Entwicklung und Kommunikation der Product Vision und Product Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern auf globaler Ebene
  • Fachliche Führung eines agilen Scrum Teams inklusive Budgetverantwortung
  • Enge Verzahnung mit dem Fachbereich (HDI Risk Consulting–HRC)
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Meetings auf Team- und Programmebene wie z. B. Planning, Review oder System Demo

Your Profile

  • Guter Studienabschluss, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Versicherungswesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiums
  • Ausgeprägte Motivation in einer agilen IT-Organisation Verantwortung für ein Produkt zu übernehmen
  • Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder Führungskraft
  • Idealerweise Fachkenntnisse in der Versicherungsbranche, vorzugsweise im Bereich Risikomanagement / Risk Engineering / Risk Consulting
  • Hohe Affinität für digitale Prozesse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Portalen und Portalanwendungen
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ganzheitliches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative und Motivationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 Level)
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenantrieb, Ownership und Verantwortung
