Product Owner CRM

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das Product CRM MS Dynamics in einem global agierenden Industrieversicherungsunternehmen
  • Steuerung der Produktentwicklung in einem agilen Projektkontext (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Entwicklung und Kommunikation der Product Vision und Product Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedback-Zyklen mit den relevanten Stakeholdern zur Anpassung der Produktstrategie und zur Verbesserung der User Experience
  • Fachliche Führung eines agilen Scrum Teams inklusive Budgetverantwortung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Meetings auf Team- und Programmebene wie z. B. Planning, Review oder System Demo in einer skalierten agilen Umgebung (SAFe-Organisation)

Dein Profil

  • Guter Studienabschluss, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Versicherungswesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiums
  • Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder Führungskraft
  • Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Versicherungsprozessen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Sales CRM oder versicherungsnahen Bereichen
  • Ausgeprägtes Ownership für die Produktentwicklung, die Umsetzung der Produktvision und die Steigerung des Business Values für unsere Kunden
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ganzheitliches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative und Motivationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Level)
