Power Platform Developer

Your Tasks

  • Strategic design, continuous development, and operational management of Microsoft’s Power Platform with a focus on Power Apps and Copilot Studio 
  • Design, planning, and implementation of ALM concepts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 
  • Evaluation, development, and implementation of AI powered solutions (Copilot Studio / AI Builder) in close collaboration with our business departments 
  • Facilitation of workshops and enablement formats to further embed Power Apps across the organization and drive innovation 
  • Empowerment of our internal customers to independently develop, use, and further evolve Power Apps 

Your Profile

  • Strong hands on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio 
  • In-depth knowledge in designing and developing Power Apps 
  • Experience in implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within the Power Platform, along with a solid understanding of architecture and deployment concepts 
  • Basic knowledge in developing Copilot Studio agents 
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a genuine interest in collaborating with business stakeholders 
  • High willingness to learn, a strong drive to shape solutions, and an interest in modern low code and AI platforms 
  • Very good German and English skills (C1), both written and spoken
