Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Power Platform mit Schwerpunkt auf Power Apps und Copilot Studio
  • Konzeption, Design und Umsetzung von benutzerfreundlichen Power Apps mit Fokus auf UI/UX und Bedienbarkeit
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI‑gestĂĽtzten Lösungen und Copilot Studio Agents in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Workshops, Enablement‑Formaten und Hackathons, um Power Apps und die Plattform im Unternehmen zu etablieren
  • Befähigung der Fachbereiche zur eigenständigen Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Power Apps und Copilot Studio

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Power Platform, insb. Power Apps, Power Automate und Copilot Studio
  • Erfahrung im Design und der Entwicklung von Power Apps mit Fokus auf App‑Struktur, User Experience (UX) und User Interface Design (UI)
  • Grundlegendes Wissen in der Entwicklung von Copilot Studio Agents
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dataverse, Graph API und der Anbindung von Konnektoren
  • Routine in der Moderation von Workshops sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Gestaltungswille und Interesse an modernen Low‑Code‑ und AI‑Plattformen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
