Power BI Platform Engineer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Steuerung und Ăśberwachung von Power BI Premium / Fabric Capacities
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Performance und Kapazitätsauslastung
  • Zuweisung und Verwaltung von Workspaces
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Governance‑, Sicherheits‑ und Compliance‑Themen
  • Beratung und UnterstĂĽtzung der Fachbereiche von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur produktiven Umsetzung von BI‑Use‑Cases
  • Anbindung und Integration unterschiedlicher Datenquellen sowie UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Entwicklung von Reports und Dashboards
  • Bereitstellung und Betrieb einer Analytics‑Sandbox zur kontrollierten Exploration neuer datengetriebener Anwendungsfälle
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Enablement‑MaĂźnahmen und Trainings fĂĽr Business‑User
  • Definition, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Optimierung von KPIs und bestehenden Power‑BI‑Lösungen
  • Beratung bei Lizenz‑ und Kapazitätsentscheidungen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Power‑BI‑Engineer / ‑Developer oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im BI‑Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service), insbesondere Datenmodellierung und DAX
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, insb. Excel, SharePoint, Teams
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb oder in der Weiterentwicklung von BI‑ bzw. Analytics‑Plattformen
  • Gutes Verständnis fĂĽr Governance‑, Security‑ und Compliance‑Anforderungen in einem regulierten Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Fachbereichen
  • Klare Kommunikation und Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops.
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientiertes Mindset sowie Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im Co‑Creation‑Modell
  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
