Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Aufgaben und Maßnahmen in der Portfliosteuerung der Sparte Accident & Health
  • Entwicklung / Analyse wesentlicher KPI’s zur Portfoliosteuerung sowie Umsetzung im In- und Ausland
  • Durchführung von Schulungen zur Implementierung und Vertiefung der Pricingmethoden und -tools
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von produktspezifischen Tarifen / Tools

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik, der Wirtschaftsmathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Erst- bzw. Rückversicherung sowie spezifischen Kenntnissen im Controlling/Pricing
  • Idealerweise Fachkenntnisse in der Sparte Accident & Health
  • Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse von Datenbanken, z.B. “R“
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an datenanalytischen Aufgabenstellungen sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
