Platform Engineer IAM

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau einer international verteilten, skalierbaren und zuverlässigen Cloud Platform, mit der Entwicklungsteams die Autorisierung nach dem PBAC-Muster ermöglicht wird
  • Entwicklung von containerisierten Plattformkomponenten z.B. in Python sowie Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Plattform auf Kubernetes mithilfe von GitOps
  • Bereitstellung von Infrastruktur, Tooling, Guidelines und Enablement fĂĽr Entwicklungsteams nach dem Vorbild das Platform Engineering Models
  • Mitarbeit an der Produkt-Strategie, Erstellung und Priorisierung von User Stories, Management von Stakeholdern sowie Anforderungserhebung bei internen Entwicklungsteams
  • Vermittlung von Autorisierungsmustern und Best Practices sowie Vorstellung neuer Features
  • Kontinuierliche und nachhaltige Optimierung unserer Services, Tools und Prozesse
  • Kundenorientierter Support bei auftretenden Fragen der Plattform-Kund:innen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes und Azure DevOps
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung mit mindestens einer höheren Programmiersprache (vorzugsweise Python oder Go)
  • Erfahrung mit der Integration von Zugriffskontrollmechanismen in Anwendungsarchitekturen
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten zur Fehlerbehebung mit der Befähigung, komplexe Probleme in verteilten Systemen zu analysieren
  • Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit funktionsĂĽbergreifenden internationalen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Begeisterung, Neugier und Leidenschaft fĂĽr neue Technologien, verbunden mit hohem Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, angepasst auf verschiedene Stakeholder-Gruppen
  • Selbstorganisation, Offenheit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Agiles Mindset, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Freude an der Arbeit in einem agilen Team, z. B. nach Kanban
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
