Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige FĂĽhrungserfahrung, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit agilen Softwareentwicklungsteams(SAFe bevorzugt)
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse von Entwicklungsmethoden und Softwarearchitektur
  • Starke FĂĽhrungspersönlichkeit mit Schwerpunkt auf Zusammenarbeit, Mentoring und Befähigung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Disziplinarische Leitung unserer Softwareentwickler:innen im Agile Release Train (ART) Contract
  • Weiterentwicklung der Development Family: Definition und Operationialisierung der notwendigen Schritte zumErreichen von Exzellenz in der Development Family in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen People Leads fĂĽrSoftware Development
  • Förderung der Teammitglieder entlang des Zielbilds unter BerĂĽcksichtigung von individuellen Fähigkeiten und Stärken
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von ĂĽbergreifenden Communitys, wie z.B. unserem Angular-Chapter
  • UnterstĂĽtzung der agilen Lieferorganisation, insbesondere des ART Contract, bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung inder Rolle eines Servant Leaders
