Deine Aufgabe

  • Erstellung von Geschäftsanalysen mit Fokus auf Schaden-/Unfallversicherung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Mittelfrist- und Detailplanung sowie Forecast-Prozessen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controllinginstrumente
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Information und Beratung des Managements
  • Durchführung von Investitions- und Rentabilitätsberechnungen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, zusätzlich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Controlling wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Power BI wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in der Versicherungstechnik sowie zu Produkten der Schaden-/Unfallversicherung wünschenswert
  • Überdurchschnittliche analytische Fähigkeiten und logisch-analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Affinität zu Zahlen sowie sehr gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen
  • Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Proaktivität und Selbstständigkeit
  • Sichere Beherrschung von MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2)
