Leiter:in Technisches Facility- und Flächenmanagement

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams Technisches Facilitymanagement am Standort Hannover
  • Umsetzung der zentralen FM-Strategie in Abstimmung mit Corporate Real Estate Management
  • Verantwortung für den technischen Gebäudebetrieb, Instandhaltung und Betreiberpflichten am Standort
  • Organisatorische Verantwortung für den Gebäudebetrieb inkl. Steuerung von Rufbereitschaften
  • Planung und Steuerung von Umbau-, Instandsetzungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung moderner Flächenstrategien für den Standort
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Fachplaner
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Mittelverwendung und Budgeteinhaltung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im (Bau-) Ingenieurswesen, Facility Management, Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Facility-, Immobilien- oder Projektmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gebäudetechnik sowie modernen Arbeits- und Nutzungskonzepten
  • Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten
  • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
