Leiter:in Corporate Real Estate Management

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für das gesamte Immobilien- und Betriebsportfolio in Deutschland 
  • Entwicklung einer zukunftsorientierten FM-Strategie unter Berücksichtigung von Energieeffizienz, ESG und Digitalisierung 
  • Lebenszyklusplanung sowie Investitions- und Instandhaltungsstrategie für technische Anlagen 
  • Entwicklung von Standards, Prozessen und KPIs zur Qualitätssicherung und Effizienzsteigerung 
  • Weiterentwicklung der Flächenstrategien zur Optimierung der Standort- und Gebäudenutzung 
  • Führung der Standortleitungen für Technisches Facility- und Flächenmanagement 
  • Verantwortung für Budget und Kostensteuerung 
  • Sicherstellung des technischen Gebäudebetriebs inkl. Wartung, Instandhaltung und Betreiberpflichten 
  • Steuerung von Umbau-, Instandsetzungs- und Optimierungsprojekten 
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und gesetzeskonformen Betrieb 
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleistenden und Planungspartner:innen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Facility Management, Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Führungserfahrung im Corporate Real Estate Management, technischen Facility- und Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar, idealerweise in leitender Funktion 
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in TGA, FM-Standards, Betreiberpflichten sowie CAFM- und Flächenmanagementsystemen 
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Umbau- und Modernisierungsprojekten 
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und souveräner Umgang mit Stakeholderinnen/Stakeholdern
  • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke 
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
