Legal Counsel - Wirtschaftsrecht/Aufsichtsrecht

Deine Aufgaben

  • Rechtliche Beratung und UnterstĂĽtzung der verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche im Wirtschafts- und Versicherungsaufsichtsrecht
  • Gestaltung, PrĂĽfung und Verhandlung von komplexen Vertragswerken in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Rechtliche Begleitung von Projekten im nationalen und internationalen Kontext
  • Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes rechtswissenschaftliches Studium und Referendariat mit Bezug zum Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbare juristische Qualifikation
  • Ăśberdurchschnittliche Examina und ausgezeichnete Rechtskenntnisse
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer wirtschaftsrechtlich orientierten Kanzlei oder einer Rechtsabteilung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis fĂĽr wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
