Die Talanx AG sucht fĂĽr den Bereich Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory Law in Full/part time (bis zu 38,00 Stunden/Woche) und permanent am Standort Hannover.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Rechtliche Beratung und UnterstĂĽtzung im Wirtschafts- und Versicherungsaufsichtsrecht
  • Rechtliche Begleitung im Zusammenhang mit Ausgliederungen, Lizenzen, Marken und Registrierungen
  • Rechtliche Begleitung von Projekten im nationalen und internationalen Kontext
  • Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden und Antragstellungen
  • Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes rechtswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare juristische Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis fĂĽr wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
