Your Tasks

  • Kennenlernen der verschiedenen Aspekte der Regulierung von nationalen und internationalen Haftpflichtschäden
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von komplexen und finanziell aufwändigen Schadenfällen durch technisch geprägte Sachverhaltsaufklärung und eigenverantwortlich beratende, gestaltende und entscheidende juristische Tätigkeit
  • Angewandte Rechtsbereiche sind allgemeines Versicherungsrecht, Haftpflichtversicherungsrechts sowie Haftungsrecht einschließlich des Produkthaftungs-, Personenschadens- und Gewährleistungsrechts, auch im internationalen Kontext
  • Lösung praktischer Fragestellungen im Hinblick auf das Zusammenspiel von wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Bewertungen
  • Unterstützung in der Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit Versicherungsnehmer:innen, Makler:innen, Anspruchsteller:innen, Gutachter:innen und Rechtsanwält:innen
 

Your Profile

 
  • Studium der Rechtswissenschaften und ein mit mindestens "befriedigend" abgeschlossenes Staatsexamen
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache helfen, um auch in Fälle mit Auslandsbezug Einblick zu erhalten
  • Engagement, Präzision und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gutes Auftreten und erste Erfahrungen in Verhandlungen sind wünschenswert
