Information Security Officer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Ăśberwachung des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS)
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien, Standards und KontrollmaĂźnahmen
  • Ăśberwachung der Umsetzung von Informationssicherheitsanforderungen in der 1st Line
  • DurchfĂĽhrung unabhängiger Risiko‑ und Kontrollbewertungen
  • Bewertung identifizierter Nichtkonformitäten und Ableitung von MaĂźnahmen
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings und KPI‑basierter Auswertungen
  • Koordination interner und externer Audits (z. B. ISO 27001, regulatorische PrĂĽfungen)
  • Mitarbeit an der internationalen Harmonisierung des ISMS‑Frameworks
  • Abstimmung sicherheitsrelevanter Themen mit internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Konzeption und DurchfĂĽhrung von Security‑AwarenessmaĂźnahmen fĂĽr verschiedene Zielgruppen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 27001, BSI‑Grundschutz und/oder NIST
  • Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. MaRisk, DORA) wĂĽnschenswert
  • Erfahrung in Information Security Management oder anderen relevanten Kontrollfunktionen
  • Analytisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Team‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar, präzise und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • FlieĂźende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
