Deine Aufgaben

  • Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von IKT‑ / IT‑Risiken gemäß etablierten Risiko‑Prozessen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des IKT‑ / IT‑Risikoregisters inkl. MaĂźnahmenverfolgung
  • DurchfĂĽhrung regelmäßiger Risiko‑Reviews und PlausibilitätsprĂĽfungen
  • Erstellung von Risikoreportings sowie KPI‑ und Trendanalysen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Kriterien und Bewertungsmodellen im IKT‑ / IT‑Risikomanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei der Bewertung von Ă„nderungen (z. B. neue Systeme, Prozesse) im Hinblick auf IKT‑ / IT‑Risiken
  • Abstimmung und Koordination von Risikothemen mit internationalen Stakeholdern
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei internen Risikoworkshops, Risikoabfragen und internationalen Abstimmungen
  • Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung von Risikoangaben, MaĂźnahmen und Bewertungsgrundlagen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Risk/Compliance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste bis vertiefte Erfahrung im IKT‑ / IT‑Risikomanagement, Operational Risk oder GRC‑Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Risikomethoden, Risikoanalyse, KRIs/KPIs und Bewertungsansätzen
  • Verständnis fĂĽr IT‑Prozesse, IT‑Architektur, Abhängigkeiten und technische Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. DORA, MaRisk) wĂĽnschenswert
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • FlieĂźende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
