IAM Platform Engineer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau einer international verteilten, skalierbaren und zuverlässigen Cloud Platform, die Entwicklungsteams die Autorisierung nach dem PBAC-Muster ermöglicht 
  • Entwicklung von containerisierten Plattformkomponenten (z. B. Python) sowie Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung auf Kubernetes via GitOps 
  • Bereitstellung von Infrastruktur, Tooling, Guidelines und Enablement fĂĽr Entwicklungsteams 
  • Mitarbeit an der Plattformstrategie sowie Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern 
  • Erstellung und Pflege von User Stories sowie UnterstĂĽtzung bei einem konsistenten Backlog
  • Vermittlung von Autorisierungsmustern und Best Practices sowie Vorstellung neuer Features
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Services, Tools und Prozesse basierend auf Feedback und Nutzung
  • Kundenorientierter Support fĂĽr Plattform-Nutzer:innen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform), Kubernetes und Cloud-Technologien (z. B. Azure) 
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Python oder Go)
  • Erfahrung in der Integration von Zugriffskontrollmechanismen in Anwendungsarchitekturen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Analyse und Lösung komplexer Probleme in verteilten Systemen
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten im Austausch mit technischen und fachlichen Stakeholdern
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Strukturierung oder Priorisierung von Anforderungen (z. B. User Stories / Backlog)
  • Selbstorganisation, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ein agiles Mindset (z. B. Kanban)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
