Head of General IT Management

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das Management des standortübergreifenden und internationalen Digital Workplaces mit Schwerpunkten in Collaboration & Communication, Voice & Network, Virtualization & Infrastructure sowie Application & Support
  • Servant Leader und Enabler der Teams sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten und begeisterten agilen Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation von ca. 75 Mitarbeitenden
  • Beratung des Vorstands in Fragen der Arbeitsplatzsysteme, spezialisiert auf Cloud-Technologien sowie Sicherheits-und Compliance-Aspekte, und Vertretung dieser Themen in Konzerngremien und Projekten
  • Systemische Integration von weiteren Konzerntöchtern
  • Übernahme zunehmender internationaler Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben in einem sich dynamisch entwickelnden Umfeld
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Optimierung bestehender internationaler Arbeitsplatzsysteme, inklusive Effizienzsteigerung der Konzernprozesse und -abläufe
  • Sicherstellung der Anwenderzufriedenheit durch gezielte Aufmerksamkeit auf individuelle Bedürfnisse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung
  • Effizientes Management und Optimierung von IT-Service-Providern und Leistungsangeboten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualiikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Digital Workplace oder IT-Management sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Führungskräften in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Tiefergreifendes Verständnis für Workplace Technologie, Prozessen und Security, Compliance-Themen sowie Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien
  • Stark ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, konzeptionelles Denken, analytische Fähigkeiten und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit, Kooperationskompetenz, Lösungsorientierung & Stressresilienz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
