Head of Claims Department (Industry)

Your Tasks

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die erfolgreiche Transformation der Schadenfunktion im Home Office und an allen weltweiten Standorten im Auftrag des Schadenvorstands
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Schadenstrategie der HDI Global sowie Steuerung und DurchfĂĽhrung zentraler, strategischer Projekte im globalen Schadenbereich
  • Disziplinarische FĂĽhrung und gezielte Personalentwicklung des eigenen Teams
  • Fachliche FĂĽhrung von Mitarbeitern im Rahmen projektbezogener Aufgaben
  • Ergebnisorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Vertretung der Interessen auf Vorstandsebene

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit ausgeprägtem analytischen Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in strategischer Projektarbeit und -leitung, idealerweise in einer fĂĽhrenden Managementberatung
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der Strategiearbeit in globalen Versicherungskonzernen sowie in der Entwicklung von Operating Models und Steuerungsmodellen
  • Mehrjährige Transformationserfahrung in der Industrieversicherung, idealerweise im internationalen KontextNachweisbare Erfahrung in internationaler Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und konzeptionelles Denken
  • Sicheres, kompetentes Auftreten im Umgang mit dem Vorstand sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Level)
