Global Claims Steering Manager:in

Deine Aufgaben

  • KPI‑basierte Steuerung und Performance‑Monitoring der internationalen Claims‑Einheiten und Tochtergesellschaften, insbesondere in der Region APAC
  • Analyse zentraler KPIs sowie globaler Schadentrends zur Identifikation von Handlungsfeldern
  • Ableitung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung konkreter Steuerungs‑ und strategischer OptimierungsmaĂźnahmen gemeinsam mit den lokalen Einheiten
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der globalen Claims‑Steuerungsansätze, Reporting‑Formate und KPI‑Frameworks
  • Mitarbeit an und Leitung von internationalen, bereichs‑ und länderĂĽbergreifenden (strategischen) Projekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten internen Stakeholdern im In- und Ausland (u. a. internationale Business Units, Claims Centers of Competence, Claims Analytics, Analytics, Underwriting, etc.) sowie Erstellung von Management‑ und Entscheidungsunterlagen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. der Wirtschafts‑, Rechts‑ oder Naturwissenschaften, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Claims, Steuerung, Strategie oder Projektarbeit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Versicherungs‑ oder RĂĽckversicherungsumfeld
  • Fundiertes Verständnis fĂĽr KPI‑basierte Steuerung und datengetriebene Analysen sowie die Ableitung konkreter MaĂźnahmen daraus
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige ArbeitsweiseHohe Kommunikations‑ und Durchsetzungsstärke im Umgang mit internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von VorteilInterkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
