Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung konzernweiter Standards, Methoden und Governance-Strukturen fĂĽr das Management von Vendor- und Outsourcing-Risiken
  • Unabhängige Ăśberwachung und Hinterfragen der Risikobewertung und -steuerung durch die operativen Einheiten (2nd Line of Defence)
  • Aggregation, Analyse und Berichterstattung von Vendor- und Outsourcing-Risiken auf Gesellschafts- und möglicherweise Gruppenebene
  • Juristisch geprägte, methodische Beratung der Konzerneinheiten bei der regulatorisch konformen Umsetzung
  • Projektbasierte Steuerung der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und IT-Systemen im Vendor- und Outsourcing-Management

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (2. Staatsexamen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung im Wirtschafts-, Vertrags- oder Aufsichtsrecht
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vendor-/Dienstleistermanagement oder Outsourcing, idealerweise mit Projektleitungserfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld (z. B. Konzern, Finanzdienstleistung, Versicherungswesen)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schnittstellenmanagement und in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere zwischen Rechts-, Fach- und IT-Abteilungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Auffassungsgabe fĂĽr komplexe Strukturen
  • Ausgeprägter selbstständiger und teamorientierter Arbeitsstil sowie souveräne Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
