Data Engineer Claims Analytics

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Betrieb robuster, modularer Datenpipelines in unserer Cloud‑Plattform – inkl. Ingestion, Transformation, Orchestrierung und Monitoring
  • Konzeption und Implementierung sauberer, getesteter dbt‑Modelle (Staging/Core/Marts), inkl. Dokumentation, Tests und Deployment‑Strategie
  • Erstellung performanter SQL‑Abfragen und -Views fĂĽr Reporting, Analytics, Semantik‑Schichten und Data Products
  • Entwicklung wiederverwendbarer Komponenten, Packages und Tools
  • Implementierung von Tests, Validierungen und Alerting (dbt tests, Great Expectations o. Ä.), Pflege von Metadaten und Lineage  
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Analytics, Reporting und App‑Entwicklung (z. B. Power BI, Power Apps) zur zuverlässigen Provisionierung
  • Sicherstellung von Observability (Logs/Monitoring), Fehleranalyse, Incident‑Handling und kontinuierliche Verbesserung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit dbt (Core/Cloud) in Modellierung, Tests, Dokumentation sowie der Entwicklung von Macros/Packages und Deployment‑Prozessen
  • Erfahrung mit Versionsverwaltung und CI/CD (Git, Branching‑Strategien, Code‑Reviews, Build‑/Deploy‑Pipelines) sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von Infrastructure‑as‑Code
  • Erfahrung mit Data Quality, Testing und Monitoring im laufenden Betrieb – inklusive Testabdeckung, Alerting sowie Arbeit mit SLAs/SLOs
  • Sehr gute SQL‑Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Query‑Design, Optimierung, Window Functions, CTEs und Performance‑Tuning
  • Kenntnisse in Data Modeling (z. B. Star/Snowflake‑Schema, Data Vault, medallion/layered architectures) und gängigen ELT‑Mustern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Cloud‑Data‑Warehouses (z. B. Snowflake oder vergleichbar) einschlieĂźlich Kosten‑ und Performance‑Best Practices
  • Programmierpraxis in Python fĂĽr Pipeline‑Logik, Utilities, Testautomatisierung und weitere Automatisierungsaufgaben
  • Ăśberdurchschnittliche analytische Fähigkeiten sowie lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
