Your Tasks
- Service provider management of cyber risk services from the insurer's perspective, with a focus on incident response in the industrial customer business of HDI Global SE
- (Conceptual) development of threat alerts as well as evaluation of forensic findings from cybersecurity incidents
- Supporting cyber insurance product management from a technical and service perspective in the development of new cyber products, insurance processes, and guidelines
- Expansion of the cyber risk service offering for our cyber insurance customers, as well as presenting risk‑mitigating measures and recommending suitable cyber resilience services
- Participation in or management of international projects in the areas of cyber risk engineering services and incident response
- Expansion of cyber risk service provider management and development of international sales strategies
Your Profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, economics, or a comparable qualification or practical experience in the IT or cyber environment
- Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: cyber resilience, incident response management, cyber claims handling, cyber underwriting
- Passion for cyber security, cyber risk services, cyber resilience, sales
- Interest in the development and continuous improvement of the cyber service offering
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities, along with a structured and proactive work style
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork capability, strong customer focus, and a dedication to perform
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Very good German and business fluent English skills for working in international teams
