Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Regulierung komplexer deutscher und internationaler Haftpflicht-GroĂźschäden
  • Kontakt fĂĽr fachliche Fragen und Referrals lokaler Haftpflichtschaden-Einheiten weltweit
  • Reporting relevanter Schadendaten und der Schadenentwicklungen an externe und interne Stakeholder
  • Praxisorientierte Grundsatzarbeit und Mitwirkung bei der Schulung der Mitarbeitenden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes 2. Staatsexamen der Rechtswissenschaften (Volljurist)
  • Berufserfahrung in der selbstständigen Bearbeitung von deutschen sowie internationalen GroĂź- und Komplexschäden aus dem Bereich Haftpflicht
  • Berufserfahrung durch verantwortliche Tätigkeit bei einem Broker und/oder einer Rechtsabteilung eines internationaltätigen Industrieunternehmens
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Anwaltskanzleien und Loss Adjuster
  • Gutes technisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Kompetenz und Geschick in der Gesprächs- und VerhandlungsfĂĽhrung
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und interkultureller Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungs- und vertragssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen, auch international
