Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End-Anforderungsmanagement fĂĽr komplexe Schaden-Prozesse
  • Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops zur Anforderungs- und Lösungsdefinition
  • Erstellung, Validierung und Kommunikation belastbarer Business Cases
  • Methodische Weiterentwicklung von Prozess- und Analyseansätzen im Schadenumfeld
  • Steuerung der fachlichen Zusammenarbeit ĂĽber mehrere agile Teams hinweg
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Fachbereich, Product Ownern und agilem Delivery-Setup
  • Verantwortung und Steuerung von Projekten im Schadenumfeld 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang bzw. eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Business Analyse und Versicherungsbranche
  • Erfahrung im Arbeiten in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise zur Sicherstellung von Ergebnissen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
