Business Analyst:in Finance & Insurance

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsanforderungen und -prozessen im Bereich der Jahres- und Quartalsabschlussprozesse 
  • Mitwirkung an einer Multi-GAAP-Nebenbuchhaltungslösung um standardisierte Finanzdaten aus einer einzigen Quelle bereitzustellen und damit das aktuelle Nebenbuch zu ersetzen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Product Owners bei der Entwicklung und Kommunikation von Produktvision und Roadmap
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem agilen Scrum-Team und externen Partner:innen fĂĽr eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Ermittlung von Trends und Best Practices
  • Vorbereitung von Berichten und Präsentationen fĂĽr Stakeholder:innen auf globaler Ebene
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Planung, DurchfĂĽhrung und Nachbereitung von Meetings (Team- und Programmebene)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst:in, idealerweise in der Versicherungs- oder Finanzbranche, Insurance Financial Analyst:in oder vergleichbare Funktionen
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Versicherungsbuchhaltung, HGB und anderen internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften, idealerweise Spezialisierung auf Bilanzierungs- und Abschlussprozesse nach IFRS17
  • Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in der Problemzerlegung und -lösung 
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Arbeiten 
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
