Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau einer neuen Schaden-Anwendungslandschaft
  • Ăśbergreifende Konzeption von End-to-End-Anforderungen zur Abbildung komplexer Schaden-Use-Cases, inkl. Einbindung von KI-Komponenten zur Entscheidungsfindung und Definition der Next Best Action
  • Mitarbeit an Oberflächen-Use-Cases sowie Einbindung von Power-Usern zur Sicherstellung von Effizienz und DurchfĂĽhrung von Akzeptanztests
  • Entwicklung neu gedachter, digitaler Schadenprozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren agilen Scrum-Teams und Management von Abhängigkeiten auf Anforderungsebene
  • UnterstĂĽtzung von People- und Product-Leads bei der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Priorisierungszeremonien

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang bzw. eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Business Analyse
  • Erfahrung im Arbeiten in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise zur Sicherstellung von Ergebnissen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1)
