Berater:in Agile Transformation & Methodik

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung bei der Anwendung von agilen Rahmenwerken und Methoden (z. B. SAFe, Scrum) sowie bei der Verbesserung der Abläufe in Teams
  • Vorbereitung, DurchfĂĽhrung und Weiterentwicklung von Workshops 
  • Förderung des agilen Mindsets (Teamentwicklung, Selbstorganisation und VerantwortungsĂĽbernahme)
  • Vorbereitung, DurchfĂĽhrung, Nachbereitung und Weiterentwicklung von Priorisierungszeremonien im Rahmen unseres agilen Portfoliomanagements
  • UnterstĂĽtzung der Agile Release Trains im Rahmen der agilen Portfoliosteuerungsprozesse 
  • Beratung und Coaching von agilen Teams und Rollen der Ablauf- und Aufbauorganisation (Werte, Prinzipien & Methoden)
  • Weiterentwicklung von agilen Methoden, Prozessen und Standards
  • Messung und Visualisierung von Fortschritt und Wirksamkeit agiler Transformation

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von agilen Rahmenwerken und Methoden (z.B. Scrum, SAFe)
  • Erfahrung im Coachen von Teams und Mitarbeitenden
  • Leidenschaft fĂĽr das agile Arbeiten und die verteilte FĂĽhrung
  • Präsentations- & Moderationsstärke
  • Technische Erfahrung in PowerPoint inkl. think-cell und Excel
  • Konfliktfähigkeit, Kooperationskompetenz, Lösungsorientierung & Stressresilienz
  • Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Vernetzungskompetenz
  • Eigenverantwortung, Lernbereitschaft und Selbstreflektionsfähigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (B1)
  • Reisebereitschaft
