Your Tasks

  • In Deiner zweieinhalbjährigen Ausbildungszeit wird es dank toller Teamarbeit und ständig neuer Projekte nie langweilig – versprochen!
  • Du erlernst das Handwerk eines/einer Versicherungskaufmanns/-frau von Grund auf – inklusive aller relevanten Prozesse im Versicherungswesen: Kund:innenanliegen betreuen, Schadensmeldungen und Leistungsansprüche prüfen und bearbeiten.
  • In den Praxisphasen bist Du in verschiedenen Versicherungsbereichen der HDI Group unterwegs, darunter bei der Privat- sowie Industrieversicherung und bei vielem mehr.

  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kontaktfreude als Teamplayer:in, der/die sich gerne in neue Projekte und Themen einarbeitet
  • Neugier und Ehrgeiz, sich stetig weiterzuentwickeln
  • Motivation und Mut, herausfordernde Aufgaben eigeninitiativ anzugehen
  • Gute Fachoberschulreife (mittlere Reife), Fachhochschulreife, Abitur – Menschen, die sich nach einem begonnenen Berufsweg oder Studium umorientieren möchten
