Your Tasks

  • In Deiner zweieinhalbjährigen Ausbildungszeit lernst Du alles, was den Außendienst ausmacht. Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben selbstorganisiert und eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen, wird zum täglichen Brot. 
  • Du lernst den Vertrieb von Grund auf kennen. Wir bringen Dir bei, wie Du selbstständig neue Kund:innen gewinnst und teilen unsere fundierte Expertise in internen Verkaufsseminaren.
  • Wir zeigen Dir, wie Du Kund:innen mit der richtigen Beratung unterstützt, welche Hilfe sie im Schadenfall von Dir benötigen – und vieles mehr!

  • Feines Gespür für Deine Mitmenschen und Kommunikationsstärke 
  • Gründliche Arbeitsweise und Geduld
  • Fähigkeit, sich in immer neue Themen einzuarbeiten, und Mut, herausfordernde Aufgaben eigenständig anzugehen
  • Neugier und Ehrgeiz, sich ständig weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gute Fachoberschulreife (mittlere Reife), Fachhochschulreife, Abitur – Menschen, die sich nach einem begonnenen Berufsweg oder Studium umorientieren möchten
