Your Tasks

■ Entwicklung von Strategien und daraus resultierenden Initiativen zur zukunftsorientierten Steuerung des Bereichs"Reinsurance Accounting“
■ Analyse der Prozesse und Identifizierung neuer Wege und Lösungen rund um das Thema Rückversicherung
■ Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prozessen durch die Etablierung von Richtlinien und Datenmanagement
■ Verantwortlichkeit für Themen des Risikomanagements, Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen des Bereichs
■ Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen durch die Implementierung zielgerichteter Auswertungen und Berichte
■ Präsentation von Lösungsoptionen vor Entscheidungsgremien

Your Profile

â–  Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
■ Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder Strategie
■ Kenntnisse in der Programmierung, z. B. SQL, von Vorteil
■ Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
■ Analytisches Denken, gute Zahlenaffinität, schnelles Prozessverständnis sowie eine hohe Ergebnisorientierung undEigeninitiative
■ Begeisterung neue Wege zu gehen und Herausforderungen als Chancen zu sehen
■ Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Teamarbeit
