Analyst:in Wertermittlungen

Deine Aufgaben

  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Wertermittlungen fĂĽr Gebäude (Gewerbeimmobilien) und technisch-kaufmännische Betriebseinrichtungen (TKBE)
  • Beratung von internen und externen Kund:innen zu Versicherungswerten
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Besichtigungen vor Ort und FĂĽhren von Kund:innengesprächen
  • Erstellung und Fortschreibung von Schulungsunterlagen sowie DurchfĂĽhrung von Workshops
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Tools - auch mit KI-Funktionalitäten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich: (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, insbesondere Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wertermittlung, Bauplanung, Kostenplanung oder Bauaufsicht/Statik
  • Erfahrung im Anlagenbau, Maschinenbau oder Underwriting Property Industriegeschäft von Vorteil genauso wie Erfahrung als Sachverständige:r fĂĽr Immobilienbewertung 
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Kund:innenorientierung sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und relevanten Softwaretools
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Hohe Dienstreisebereitschaft (Deutschland und europäisches Ausland)
