Deine Aufgaben

■ Support of the Regional Management and the COO Latin America and handling of various project topics of the target region

■ Collaboration in M&A projects and due diligence processes

■ Research and market analysis in preparation of M&A activities

■ Participation / leadership in the delivery of strategic projects

■ Preparation and compilation of information, preparation of presentations and decision papers for strategic meetings, decision-making bodies/board meetings

■ Administration and management of Group-owned holding companies

■ Analysis of the business development of companies and countries, also ad-hoc

■ Preparation and coordination of supervisory board meetings and strategic meetings

Dein Profil

■ Completed studies (Bachelor and Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or comparable qualification

■ Experience in reinsurance and/or insurance sector and strategy consulting or investment banking or private equity with relevant experience in financial services - ideally with international focus

■ Professional experience in Latin America

■ Experience in participating in projects with international teams and in M&A and/or knowledge of corporate valuation methods

■ Outstanding analytical thinking and a structured and conceptual way of working

■ Willingness and ability to enhance existing knowledge and quickly learn new subjects

■ Sound knowledge of MS Powerpoint and MS Excel

■ Team spirit, entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and enthusiasm for intercultural work

■ Willingness to travel and confidently work in an international environment

■ Deep understanding of Latin American culture, management styles and habits

■ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, full fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, German not required but valued
