Algorithmic Cyber Portfolio Steerer / AI-Driven Cyber Portfoliosteering Lead

Your Tasks

  • Actively steer and develop agentic and algorithmic underwritten portfolios in the Cyber line of business
  • Design and implement AI use cases across the underwriting value chain, such as: Risk assessment of cyber submissions, pricing decision support and offering functions
  • Support by interconnecting agentic teams to broker platforms
  • Build and apply prompting strategies to enhance underwriting analysis and decision-making
  • Leverage modern technologies, agent-based systems and decision engines
  • Continuously improve underwriting quality, consistency and speed through automation and AI
  • Analyze and optimize underwriting processes with a focus on scalability and standardization
  • Collaborate closely with Underwriting, IT and Data Science to develop and deploy solutions
  • Ensure integration of algorithmic underwriting approaches into existing systems and workflows

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in portfolio steering
  • Understanding of insurance underwriting logic
  • Experience in process optimization, automation or transformation
  • Interest in or hands-on experience with AI, machine learning or prompt engineering
  • Understanding of data analytics and modern technologies
  • Experience in leading projects as well as stakeholder management, e.g. board members, senior executives
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
  • High level of initiative and motivation to shape new underwriting approaches
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technology teams
