Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitgestaltung moderner Daten-, Modell- und Prozesslandschaften im Aktuariat
  • Entwicklung datengetriebener Analysen
  • Bewertung und Einsatz KI-basierter Methoden
  • Analyse und Bewertung der Schaden- und Bestandsentwicklung in der Sachversicherung
  • Erstellung von Quartals- und JahresabschlĂĽssen nach IFRS & SII
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche und analytische Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und ĂĽberzeugend gegenĂĽber Fachbereichen, Management und Vorstand zu kommunizieren

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit (wirtschafts-)mathematischem, physikalischem oder statistischem Schwerpunkt
  • Berufserfahrung in der Reservierung unter IFRS und SII vorzugsweise in der Schadenversicherung von Vorteil
  • IT-affin –  erweiterte Kenntnisse in Datenaufbereitung & Programmierung (insbesondere R, Python, SQL) sowie erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI
  • Teamfähig – SpaĂź an Zusammenarbeit und Team-Entwicklung
  • Kommunikationsfähig – Austauschformate mit anderen Expert:innen und Stakeholdern & einfache Darstellung komplexer Ergebnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterbildung
