Abteilungsleiter:in Strategisches Controlling

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Steuerung der Sachversicherung mit Fokus auf Profitabilität, Wachstum und Effizienz der Sparten sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der unternehmensweiten Performance-Steuerung
  • Interpretation von Ergebnissen: Entwicklung eines klaren betriebswirtschaftlichen Blicks auf die Zahlen, Identifikation von Handlungsfeldern und Ableitung konkreter MaĂźnahmen zur nachhaltigen Ergebnisverbesserung inkl. systematischer Nachverfolgung der MaĂźnahmenwirkung
  • Business Partnering fĂĽr Management, Produktverantwortliche und Aktuariat: aktive Beratung, Sparring und EntscheidungsunterstĂĽtzung mit klarem Fokus auf Performance-Zielerreichung und Steuerungsimpulse
  • Weiterentwicklung der Steuerungsinstrumente, KPIs und Controlling-Prozesse – von klassischem Reporting hin zu einer zukunftsorientierten, datenbasierten Performance-Steuerung inkl. Definition von KPI-Logiken, FrĂĽhindikatoren und Zielsystemen
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr Erstellung, Plausibilisierung und Kommentierung der Finanz- und Steuerungsberichte (monatlich, quartärlich)

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzmathematik, Versicherung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im Controlling oder Finanzbereich einer Versicherung, idealerweise in der Sachversicherung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis fĂĽr geschäftsrelevante Steuerungsgrößen wie Combined Ratio, Schadenverläufe, Kostenstrukturen sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Wirkzusammenhänge
  • Fähigkeit, aus Daten klare Management-Storylines und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten sowie deren Umsetzung konsequent nachzuhalten
  • Hohe Kompetenz im Business Partnering: adressatengerechte Kommunikation, Gestaltungsvermögen und Standing gegenĂĽber Vorständen
