AI Use Case Lead / Product Lead

Your Tasks

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI use cases across domains and global regions from ideation to rollout
  • Act as AI use case lead / product lead for AI use cases, translating business problems into prioritized backlogs, MVPs, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive iterative, agile development in close collaboration with with business experts, data scientiest, front-end and backend developers
  • Manage and prioritize the AI use case portfolio to ensure effective execution of the AI strategy. to ensure transparency, alignment, progress, and continuous improvemen
  • Plan and facilitate core delivery and governance ceremonies to ensure transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Assure AI Use cases are build for scale and re-useability
  • Build strong connections to all AI use case leads and relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as Product Owner, Use Case Lead, or Project Manager in tech-, data-, or AI-driven environments
  • Strong ability to focus on user value, business impact, prioritization, and outcome-driven delivery
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, international initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams (business, data science, developers etc.) and external vendors without direct line authority
  • Solid understanding of GenAI, agentic AI, and core AI/ML concepts with enthusiasm for emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills at senior level
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
