AI Project Support (PMO & Controlling)

Your Tasks

  • Build and maintain integrated project plans (milestones, dependencies, resources) and drive day‑to‑day progress
  • Own RAID logs and change control; coordinate mitigation actions and decision escalations
  • Run project financials: budget tracking, forecasting, vendor PO/actuals, and alignment with Finance/Controlling
  • Align resources and budgets across domains with Digital/IT and business sponsors; highlight trade‑offs and options
  • Prepare concise steering packs and executive updates (status, risks, decisions, next steps)
  • Ensure compliance standards are applied, maintain high‑quality documentation and support audits and stage‑gate checks
  • Manage cross‑initiative dependencies, risks, and compliance requirements in collaboration with experts (e.g., data privacy, model risk)
  • Prepare onboarding of internal new hires and external vendors

Your Profile

  • University degree in business/IT/engineering or comparable field
  • 3+ years of experience in project/program PMO (digital, data, or AI context preferred)
  • Good understanding of relevant IT technologies incl. fundamentals of AI-enabled solutions
  • Strong skills in planning and reporting tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/Jira/MS Project), Excel/Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Financial acumen and vendor management experience
  • Strong interessted in AI and IT as well as agile development
  • Structured, reliable, and clear communicator with stakeholder management strength
  • Strong ownership and profound business and domain know-how
  • Business fluency in English and German, strong communicator and active networker
