AI Product Engineer Claims

Deine Aufgaben

  • Design und Umsetzung von Prompt-Flows und KI-Agenten zur automatisierten Analyse, Extraktion und Zusammenfassung von Schadeninformationen
  • Einbettung generativer KI-Lösungen in End-to-End-Schadenprozesse, inkl. Prozessanalyse, Sollprozessdesign und Ăśbergabe an angrenzende Systeme
  • Identifikation und Detaillierung von Automatisierungspotenzialen im Schadenkontext – mit Fokus auf reale Prozessabläufe und nutzerzentrierte Umsetzung
  • Evaluation und Weiterentwicklung von Prompts, u. a hinsichtlich Verständlichkeit, Genauigkeit und Nutzerfeedback
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Prompt-Bibliotheken sowie Entwicklung von Wiederverwendungs- und Governancekonzepten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit IT, um Lösungen in die bestehende Prozess- und Technologielandschaft einzubetten
  • AI Ambassador und Begleitung der EinfĂĽhrung fĂĽr unsere Schadenkolleg:innen 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Technik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und in der operativen Prozessgestaltung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Prompt Engineering und Umgang mit generativer KI (z. B. fĂĽr Dokumentenverständnis, Automatisierung von Entscheidungen)
  • Kenntnisse mit Azure OpenAI & Infrastructure, PowerAutomate, AI Builder wĂĽnschenswert
  • Vertraut mit der Implementierung von KI-Lösungen entlang realer Geschäftsprozesse, idealerweise im Schadenumfeld einer Industrieversicherung
  • Strukturierte Denkweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung, ausgeprägte Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Begeisterung fĂĽr neue Technologien, kollaboratives Arbeiten und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Level) in Wort und Schrift
