(Senior) Underwriter Kautionsversicherung / Surety

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Neu- als auch Bestandsfirmenkund:innen im Bereich der Kautionsversicherung / Avale / BĂĽrgschaften / Garantien in Deutschland
  • Vorbereitung von Underwriting-Entscheidungen, insbesondere die Bewertung der Bonität von Unternehmen anhand ihrer Finanzkennzahlen
  • Treffen von Underwriting-Entscheidungen (je nach Senioritätslevel)
  • Direkter Kontakt und Kommunikation mit Makler:innen und Kund:innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Accounting, Legal, Pricing,...)
  • Analyse von GroĂźprojekten und Policen-Wordings
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Sparte
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Portfolios 
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei internen Reportings

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich BWL, Finanzen, Banken, Versicherungen, Mathematik o.Ă„. 
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Kautionsversicherung / Avale / BĂĽrgschaften in Deutschland (entscheidend fĂĽr die Einstufung der Seniorität)
  • Zahlenaffinität und ein gutes Wissen ĂĽber die Finanzanalyse von Unternehmen
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau, Englischkenntnisse wĂĽnschenswert, weitere Fremdsprachen ein Bonus
