(Senior) Claims Manager:in - Financial Lines

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Regulierung von internationalen Schäden aus dem Bereich Financial Lines (M&A, PI, D&O, Tax u.v.m)
  • Verhandlung und Korrespondenz mit Schadenbeteiligten
  • Versicherungsrechtliches Monitoring, Prüfung und Erarbeitung von Lösungsstrategien in komplexen Deckungskonzepten
  • Management von externen Schadenregulierungsbüros/Agenturen im In- und Ausland
  • Administrative Schadenabwicklung/Dokumentation, Pflege der Bearbeitungssysteme 
  • Reporting relevanter Schadendaten an interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Unterstützung in der Schadenportfolio-Analyse

Dein Profil

  • Volljurist:in bzw. mindestens abgeschlossenes 1. Staatsexamen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Financial Lines, bspw. aus einer Kanzlei oder einem Versicherungsunternehmen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Regulierung von gewerblichen/industriellen Groß- & Komplexschäden wünschenswert
  • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Team- und interkultureller Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungs- und vertragssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
