Werkstudent:in Unternehmensentwicklung & Vertriebsstrategie mit Schwerpunkt Künstliche Intelligenz

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Themen der Unternehmensentwicklung, Vertriebsstrategie und vertrieblichen Produkteinführung
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen und Services durch den Einsatz von KI 
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von KI-Lösungen in Vertrieb, Marketing und Vertriebsunterstützung
  • Identifikation, Erprobung und Einführung praxisnaher KI-Anwendungsfälle, z. B. mit Microsoft Copilot 
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten rund um KI und digitale Transformation
  • Unterstützung bei Themen der KI-Governance und KI-Transformation

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Bezug zu Digitalisierung, Data Analytics oder Künstlicher Intelligenz
  • Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr
  • Praxiserfahrung aus Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Studienprojekten ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools (z. B. Microsoft Copilot oder ChatGPT) sowie Verständnis für deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten im Unternehmenskontext
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz, digitalen Technologien und innovativen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
