Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse der Fachprozesse unserer Provisionssysteme fĂĽr die Versicherungswelt
  • Gemeinsame Erarbeitung von Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT und den Fachbereichen sowie Abstimmung und Ăśbersetzung in verständliche technische Spezifikationen
  • Begleitung der agilen Umsetzung im Team sowie Monitoring der Ziele und UnterstĂĽtzung der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Test
  • Enger Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholderinnen/Stakeholdern und Gewährleistung einer effiziente Kommunikation

Dein Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Versicherung, z.B. im Provisionssystem, Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder einer anderen Fachabteilung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Kenntnisse von Prozessen und Abläufen im Versicherungsumfeld 
  • Interesse und Bereitschaft, sich in die Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen einzuarbeiten
  • Offenheit fĂĽr agile Arbeitsformen und SpaĂź an der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Spezialist*innen
  • Freude am Arbeiten im Team, aktivem Austausch und groĂźe Lernbereitschaft
