Spezialist:in Application Development Backend

Your Tasks

  • Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Batchverarbeitungen, Dialog- und Webserviceschnittstellen fĂĽr unser zentrales Bestandsverwaltungssystem fĂĽr Lebensversicherungen
  • Pflege der in COBOL entwickelten Programme und Schnittstellen im IBM Mainframe Umfeld (z/OS)
  • Mitwirken beim Modernisieren unserer Anwendung fĂĽr die Zukunft in einem Evergreen-Ansatz
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwickler:innen, Business Analyst:innen und Fachexpert:innen in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine
    vergleichbare Fachrichtung - Quereinsteiger:innen ausdrĂĽcklich willkommen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung unter anderem in der Anwendungsentwicklung bevorzugt in der (Lebens-)Versicherungs- und Finanzdienstleistungsbranche Software
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IBM DB2 sowie Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung und im Design von komplexen Datenbankstrukturen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit GespĂĽr fĂĽr saubere Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code, Usability, automatisiertes Testen
  • Begeisterung, Neugier und Leidenschaft fĂĽr neue Technologien verbunden mit hohem Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • SpaĂź an der Arbeit in einem agilen Umfeld und eine eigenverantwortliche, proaktive Arbeitsweise
