Deine Aufgaben

  • FallabschlieĂźende und serviceorientierte Bearbeitung von schriftlichen Kund:innenanliegen zu Verträgen der betrieblichen Altersversorgung 
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Schriftwechsel mit Kund:innen und Vertriebspartner:innen sowie Klärung von fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Verantwortungsbereiches
  • (Perspektivisch) Weitergabe von fachlichem Wissen und Systemnutzung
  • (Perspektivisch) Mitarbeit in Projekten z. B. zu Prozessverbesserungen oder Digitalisierungsthemen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung fĂĽr Kaufleute fĂĽr Versicherungen und Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Versicherungs- oder Finanzdienstleistungsbranche mit Fokus auf Lebensversicherung
  • Expertise in Programmierungs- und Digitalisierungsthemen ist wĂĽnschenswert
  • Positives Mindset und Freude an Veränderungen
  • Proaktivität im Denken und Handeln sowie SpaĂź am "Blick ĂĽber den Tellerrand"
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Selbstmanagement 
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office-Produkte insbesondere Outlook, Word und Excel
  • Gewissenhaftigkeit und SpaĂź an der Arbeit im Team
