Global Claims Steering Manager:in

Deine Aufgaben

  • KPI-basierte Steuerung der Claims Units der Niederlassungen und Tochterunternehmen der HDI Global SE, insbesondere Niederlassung Deutschland
  • Prozessverantwortung fĂĽr die Technical Audits im Bereich Claims 
  • Analyse von Schadentrends in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Stakeholdern (Claims Centers of Competence, Claims Analytics & Enablement, Underwriting, Risk Consulting, etc.)
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Implementierung und Analyse von KPIs im operativen Business zur Verbesserung der Schadenbearbeitung im Rahmen der Vollmachten der Claims Units
  • Enge Kooperation mit den Claims Units und allen weiteren relevanten internen Schnittstellen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Industrieversicherung und/oder RĂĽckversicherung - insbesondere im Bereich Claims & Audit - von Vorteil
  • Verständnis fĂĽr die Steuerung nach KPIs sowie Grundkenntnisse in den Themen Portfoliosteuerung und Underwriting wĂĽnschenswert
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1), weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
