GitHub Specialist

Deine Aufgaben

- Weiterentwicklung, Wartung und Betrieb der zentralen GitHub Enterprise Cloud Platform
- Administration und Automatisierung von GitHub Enterprise, Organisationen, Teams, Berechtigungen, Policies, GitHub Apps und Integrationen
- Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Workflow Library mit wiederverwendbaren Workflows, Actions und Templates
- UnterstĂĽtzung der Migration von Azure DevOps nach GitHub Enterprise Cloud
- EinfĂĽhrung, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb von GitHub Advanced Security, insbesondere Code Scanning, Secret Scanning, Dependabot und Security Overview
- Beratung und Befähigung interner internationaler Kund:innen bei Migration, Workflow-Design, Security-Onboarding und Best Practices
- Entwicklung von Automatisierungen, Tools und Referenzimplementierungen zur effizienten Nutzung der Plattform
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, Architekt:innen, Security-Expert:innen und Stakeholder:innen in einem agilen Umfeld
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Developer Experience, Plattformqualität und Automatisierungsgrade

Dein Profil

- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit GitHub Enterprise, idealerweise GitHub Enterprise Cloud, im Unternehmenskontext
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in GitHub Administration, GitHub Actions, Repository-Management, Berechtigungsmodellen, Organisationseinstellungen und Plattform-Governance
- Erfahrung mit GitHub Advanced Security oder vergleichbaren Application-Security- und Code-Scanning-Plattformen
- Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Plattformprozessen, idealerweise mit TypeScript, Python, Golang und Bash
- Sicherer Umgang mit CI/CD-Konzepten, wiederverwendbaren Workflows, Actions, Templates und Self-Service-Ansätzen für Entwicklungsteams
- Kenntnisse in Azure DevOps, insbesondere im Kontext von Migrationen nach GitHub, wĂĽnschenswert
- Ausgeprägte intrinsische Motivation und Bereitschaft, sich tief in GitHub, Automatisierung und Developer Platform Engineering einzuarbeiten
- Hohe Motivation, wiederkehrende Aufgaben effizienter zu gestalten und durch Automatisierung nachhaltig zu verbessern
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude daran, interne Kund:innen lösungsorientiert zu beraten und zu befähigen
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit Blick auf Clean Code, Usability, automatisiertes Testen, stabile CI/CD-Prozesse und wartbare Plattformlösungen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, mindestens C1
