Financial Analyst:in

Your Tasks

  • Analyse von Forecast, Plan- und Ist-Zahlen unserer internationalen Standorte und Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Globale Schnittstelle insbesondere zu unseren ausländischen Niederlassungen
  • Analyse von HGB Daten für die HDI Global SE und HDI Global Specialty SE sowie die Erstellung von Forecast- und Plan-Daten
  • Mitwirkung an spannenden, finanzrelevanten Projekten – zentrale Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern im Unternehmen
  • Ideenbringer:in und Impulsgeber:in zur Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Controllingprozesse
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Analysetools zur Auswertung und Visualisierung von Forecast, Plan- und Ist-Zahlen

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Controlling eines Versicherungsunternehmens oder Tätigkeit bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
  • Spezifische Fachkenntnisse der Bilanzierung nach IFRS 17 und HGB, Konsolidierungskenntnisse sind zudem von Vorteil
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse von MS Office Produkte, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint, Kenntnisse in Power BI wünschenswert
  • Stark ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, inkl. Hohes Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort
