Executive Assistant to the CEO

Your Tasks

  • Provide holistic and proactive support to the HDI Global CEO regarding both strategic activities and daily business.
  • Prepare analyses, management briefings and presentations on strategic topics leading up to executive and Board-level decisions.
  • Drive and coordinate strategic initiatives, transformation programs and cross-functional projects across international entities and business functions.
  • Coordinate and align with both internal and external stakeholders on strategic and operational matters.
  • Support the preparation, execution and follow-up of Board meetings, leadership events, workshops, management conferences and executive offsites.
  • Support the CEO's internal and external communication, including presentations, regulatory authorities, employees and international leadership audiences.
  • Assume disciplinary leadership responsibility for HDI Global’s trainees participating in the TalanXplore Graduate Program.

Your Profile

  • University degree or comparable work experience; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
  • Prior work experience in insurance, consulting, corporate strategy, project management or a comparable business environment preferred.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking capabilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity and executive presence.
  • Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously explore and apply AI-enabled tools and digital productivity solutions in daily work.
  • Interest in diversified tasks combined with a high willingness to learn, grow and take ownership.
  • Excellent command of German and English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
