Enterprise Architect

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung der Enterprise-Zielarchitektur im Einklang mit der Unternehmens- und IT-Strategie
  • Definition von Architekturprinzipien, Standards und Leitplanken sowie Sicherstellung ihrer Anwendung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Bewertung neuer Technologien und Architekturansätze inkl. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Gestaltung und Begleitung der Modernisierung zentraler Anwendungslandschaften (z. B. Ablösung von Legacy-Systemen, Cloud-Transformation)
  • Vorantreiben der KI-Transformation und des verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von KI in Geschäftsprozessen und in der Softwareentwicklung (AI Governance, Transparenz, Nachvollziehbarkeit)
  • Kommunikation architektureller Zielbilder in die Organisation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Produktverantwortlichen und Solution Architects

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Enterprise- oder Domänenarchitektur komplexer IT-Landschaften, idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld (z. B. Versicherung, Finanzdienstleister)
  • Tiefes Verständnis moderner IT-Architekturprinzipien (z. B. Domain-driven Design, Event-driven Architecture, API-first, Cloud-native)
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis mindestens einer Public-Cloud-Plattform (z. B. AWS, Azure oder GCP)
  • Verständnis fĂĽr regulatorische, Datenschutz‑ und Sicherheitsanforderungen beim Einsatzes von KI
  • Souveränes Auftreten in der Kommunikation mit Management, Fachbereichen und IT-Teams
  • Fähigkeit, strategische Zielbilder zu entwickeln und gleichzeitig pragmatische, umsetzbare Architekturentscheidungen zu treffen
  • Ausgeprägte Neugier sowie ein hoher Anspruch an kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung in einem sich schnell wandelnden Technologieumfeld
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
